Hand-held camera and a bit of material with a hole in, I'd guess. NOT that I've thought about it!!!

And nobody thought it was suspicious that this bloke was standing in a changing room waving a sack around?

Ah I have an idea... photographer is perched on top of a locker in a sack pretending to be some equipment. Not that I've thought about it either...

I was thinking more along the lines of a curtain, but a sack of equipment sounds nice!
